At Fried Flavors, every order is cooked fresh and served with care. Because all our food is made to order, we generally cannot accept returns once an order has been prepared or delivered. However, if there’s a problem, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

1. Orders Through Delivery Partners

If your order was placed through DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub, please contact that platform directly to report:

Missing or incorrect items
Orders not received
Food quality issues

Those delivery partners manage refunds and credits for their own transactions, and they’ll work with us to resolve any concerns.

2. Direct Orders (Pickup or Phone Orders)

If you ordered directly from Fried Flavors, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your food if there’s an issue.
To process a replacement or refund, you must return the food to our store so our team can review it.
